PROPOSING ALLOCATIONS

The majority of local authorities are in the course of preparing Local Development Frameworks (LDF) that will supersede existing Local Plans. In brief, the LDF will set out a Council's planning policies and its strategy for development within its area. It will include such matters as defining built-up area boundaries and housing/commercial allocations etc. The LDF - as a whole or in part - will be reviewed periodically and we are able to promote our Clients' best interests by applying for relevant development allocations at the appropriate stages of the process.
