BUILDING NOTICE FORM

The submission of a Building Notice may be possible in some instances and could be supported by little more than a location plan that does not show constructional detail. This approach generally relies on the builder being able to construct the development without the benefit of more detailed drawings. However, the Local Authority Building Control may still require Engineering details for particular elements of the structure.
