Prior to purchase, our Client requested us to consider redevelopment potential. The original commercial building benefited from planning permission for the conversion to six apartments but we believed this could be increased by obtaining permission for a replacement building. There has now been a resolution to approve the application for a new building containing eleven apartments subject to a Planning Agreement securing a financial contribution towards community facilities.
